I offer HR support to small business: the beginning, middle and end of the employment relationship. I have wide experience in recruitment (including new requirements for ISA registration),and most aspects of employment law applicable to small business. Contracts, disciplinary issues, general employment matters all covered. I work in partnership with small businesses to help them achieve their commercial objectives. My experience has been gained in retail,schools and the voluntary sector.I look forward to discussing ways to make your most valuable asset - your people - really effective.
